A death in the family is never an easy time. At Crocker & Crocker, P.C., we understand and are here to assist in administering the estate of your family member or loved one. It is important that you notify us as soon as possible after the death of a loved one. Preferences regarding funeral services and burial arrangements that should be considered may be contained in the decedent’s Will.

Estate administration includes the probate process, as well as, non-probate transfers of the decedent’s assets such as life insurance, annuities, IRA’s and other qualified plans and trust assets in compliance with applicable estate and inheritance tax laws. We assist the Executor, Administrator or Trustee in gathering the decedent’s assets, paying the debts, estate and inheritance taxes, and provide for the distribution of assets to the heirs under a Will, the Intestate Laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or the Trust instrument.
